Moment is a New York-based physical therapy and performance company. We are doctorate-trained physical therapist with a background in strength and conditioning. Our unique skillset allows us to help people move from debilitating back pain to high performance. Our team works with everyone from the weekend warrior, avid class pass goer, to professional level athletes. We come from an athletic background and our company is created for those that want to live an active lifestyle. We know not every physical therapist is going to be able to get you back to high performance, our goal is to help those who have been underserved.
